Cliff is happily married to April and they have three children, Walker, Ashlyn, and Silas. Cliff is the Lead Pastor at Movement and oversees the vision, mission, and direction of the church. He is passionate about seeing the Gospel take root in people's lives in a way that leads to flourishing and ultimately connects them to the movement of God in their lives, their city, and the world. He loves basketball, golf, and staying active.

Jared and his wife, Corrie, moved from Seattle with their six children, Collin, Moriah, Alaina, Megan, Jasmine, and Mika, to join Movement Church. As the Sending Pastor, Jared oversees Movement's efforts to advance the kingdom of God, represent Jesus' compassionate heart, and plants churches both locally and globally. His desire is to identify, equip, send, and provide care for people who say "yes" to God's mission. You might find him in the book store reading about world cultures or taking a walk in the city.

Khiry and his wife, Lindsay, moved to Richmond from Kansas City in December 2018. Originally from Louisiana, Khiry brings warmth, energy, and a deep passion for people to his role. Lindsay, a Roanoke native, and their three sons—Kasen, Monroe, and Lennox—are an active part of the Movement Church family. As Executive Pastor, Khiry is responsible for overseeing the development of staff, ministry alignment, and the execution of all ministry departments to fulfill the church’s mission and vision. He also provides direct oversight to the student ministry and works closely with the Lead Pastor to keep the church moving forward with clarity and purpose. Khiry is passionate about equipping the next generation, building a diverse and unified church, and helping leaders grow into their God-given potential. Outside of ministry, you’ll find him cooking or grilling, watching or playing sports, or spending quality time with his family.

Ryan and his wife, Heather, are both Mechanicsville natives and have three awesome kids: Kennedy, Finley, and Avett. Ryan graduated from Liberty University in 2012 with a degree in Worship and Music Studies. He brings a wealth of experience leading worship in different settings and builds spaces where people can engage in worship and recenter on the presence of God. He also help guide and give direction for all things communication: website, social media, graphics, emails, etc. Ryan loves traveling, being outdoors, football, fall, and Christmas. Ryan and Heather are passionate about the local church and sharing the Gospel with the community.

Elaine and her husband, Stephen, have been married for over 35 years and moved to the Richmond area in 2018 after serving as missionaries in Africa for more than 14 years. They are blessed with two married daughters, Elizabeth and Alexandra, and a precious granddaughter. With a heart for children’s ministry, Elaine has a passion to help the next generation grow in their faith and love for God, and she is dedicated to supporting parents in raising faithful followers of Christ. When she’s not spending time with her granddaughter or traveling with Stephen, Elaine enjoys watching sports, reading, and attending Broadway shows.

Anna assists with the youth and young adult ministries at Movement. She is passionate about seeing the growth in our students and young adults and being a small part in their mentorship and journey. Her role includes lots of event planning and organizing all of the logistics that come with running the programs. Anna and her husband Cameron have been a part of Movement Church for 10+ years. They have a daughter, Isla, who they are thrilled to see grow in this wonderful church family.

Brook and her family (husband Jonas and two sons, Rhône and Rockwell) moved to Richmond from France in late 2024 after 8 years abroad. They were very happy to land at Movement Church as they share a desire to love their neighbors across the street and around the world. Brook wears many hats at Movement, handling administrative tasks, aiding with communications and overseeing finances. She also loves being a part of the MKids team and working with the amazing kids in the Global classroom. She enjoys traveling, writing, watching comedies with her family, dancing and discovering delicious eats in Richmond.

Jonathan lives here in Richmond, VA with his wife Adrianne and their two children Jonah and Micah. He is a social worker by trade and is currently employed at the VA Hospital. Jonathan is super passionate about serving in foster care and he and Adrianne are currently are on the path to adopting their foster daughter Athena. He is currently apart of the Movement Residency program in hopes of one day planting a church in the city of Richmond.
