Where Can I Serve?
Barista Team
The Barista Team is charged with the preparation of refreshments that will create an atmosphere that is welcoming to guests and encourages fellowship among all.
Connect Team
It is the ministry of the Connect Team to greet everyone with a smile and to make guests feel welcome and at home. This is accomplished with personal greetings, providing guests with information, and introducing them to others.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team oversees and ensures that the building and property of the church is maintained to provide a safe and clean environment for worship and discipleship.
Worship Team
The Worship Team leads us, as the people of God, to focus the attention of our hearts and minds on the worship and praise of our Father who is due all glory and honor. This is accomplished through music and singing.
Local Mission Team
The Local Mission Team equips the church to engage in word and deed ministry at the local level, mobilizes the church to pray for our city, and develops future church planters and teams to start churches in and around Richmond.
Global Mission Team
The Global Mission Team facilitates the church’s vision of taking the gospel message to the nations by mobilizing people to answer God’s call to short- or long-term service, equipping people to make disciples, sending people into the mission field, and advocating for each sent one through care, support, and prayer
Movement Kids' Team
Youth Team
Production Team
The Movement Kids Team enjoys the special privilege of caring for and discipling the youngest of those who attend Movement Church. This team ministers to children as well as the entire family. M-Kids team members lead children through a variety of teaching and learning activities. (A background check is required to serve on this team)
The Youth Team has been given the charge of discipling middle and high school age youth. This team provides opportunities for Bible study, social activities, and other activities that promote Christian fellowship. This team’s ministry also extends to the families of youth. (A background check is required to serve on this team)
The Production Team is responsible for providing a professional and excellent audio and video experience that enhances the worship of those in attendance. This team also provides A/V technical support for other church events when requested.
